Scheduled dryer vent cleaning. Had not been cleaned for about 5 years. Service tech arrived on time and started process. Immediately informed us that the vent was clear and didn’t need to be cleaned. Did not charge for call. I would highly recocmend these guys. Totally honest and professional. Can’t praise them enough.

Additional update today- Review of A Cleaner Chimney’s excellent job today! I have used Jay and Josh at A Cleaner Chimney several times over the past few years!! First a few years back when they had recently started their company A CLEANER CHIMNEY.. Calling them for various different issues over the years, from getting my chimney passed for inspection for a gas coal basket installation, to putting on 2 chimney caps for 2 chimneys, to sealing the brickwork with a sealant , and TODAY most recently to making the chimney flashing completely waterproof forevermore!!!!— and each and every time they have come through above and beyond!!!!! They are Extremely Knowledgeable, competent AND they are also conscientious. These are the guys I I want to do all of my chimney repairs, etc. … They are Excellent. A Cleaner Chimney installed new Regency wood stove fireplace inserts in both of my older chimneys. I love the wood stoves – they really put out a lot of heat. The company custom installed the wood stoves to fit my fireplaces. The installation technicians and everyone at the company obviously take pride in their work and products, and were super friendly. I will be happy to do business with this company again.

Excellent interactions with this organization. They came to my place twice to assess and try a repair. Turns out the problem was outside their expertise. Rather than just drop this on me and for a bill, they recommended an expert who can solve the issue and DID NOT CHARGE ME (!) because they weren’t able to solve the issue. I was shocked! 12 Jan 2023: We just moved to the area and want to have our chimney inspected, so we reached out to A Cleaner Chimney. The guys were extremely professional and answered all our questions. Upon inspection of the exterior, they did find an issue that they will be addressing on a future date. So far we’re happy with the service we’ve received. I’ll give an update below once the work has been accomplished. 11 Feb 2023: The work was completed today and everything looks great from what we can tell. We’ll definitely use A Cleaner Chimney in the future. Thanks again!

We have a newly installed wood burning stove that we were having a few issues with the stovepipe and drafting. A cleaner chimney sent Kyle out (who is the “stove whisperer” according to me) and he inspected everything. He was able to confirm some things about our setup that we weren’t certain of, give us peace of mind, advise some maintenance tips and schedules, and get us on the right track. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend.

We had our chimney and 2 fireplaces inspected; one is gas logs and the other is wood-burning. Ryan and Junior were timely, professional, and friendly. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what their were doing and their recommendations. The initial scheduling process was efficient easy. I began the process of looking for someone to come out to our house in November, so it did not surprise me at all that they were scheduling a couple months out for routine inspections.
